The AhaSlides Azure Active Directory integration enables SSO and automated user sync for Microsoft 365 organizations. Users sign in to AhaSlides with their Microsoft credentials, and IT admins manage access and provisioning through Azure AD.
1. A Microsoft 365 admin registers AhaSlides as an enterprise application in the Azure portal.
2. Configure SAML-based SSO using metadata exchanged between Azure AD and AhaSlides.
3. Assign users or groups to the AhaSlides enterprise app in Azure AD.
4. Enable SCIM provisioning to automatically create, update, and deactivate users in AhaSlides based on Azure AD group membership.
1. In the Azure portal, go to Azure Active Directory → Enterprise Applications → New Application.
2. Search for AhaSlides in the Azure AD app gallery, or create a custom non-gallery application.
3. Configure SAML SSO by uploading the AhaSlides SAML metadata and mapping user attributes (email, name, role).
4. To enable SCIM, go to Provisioning in the AhaSlides app and enter the tenant URL and secret token from AhaSlides admin settings.
Microsoft SSO
Users sign in to AhaSlides with their Microsoft 365 credentials. IT retains centralized access control via Azure AD, and there are no additional passwords to manage.
SCIM User Sync
Automate user lifecycle management. New hires provisioned in Azure AD are automatically added to AhaSlides; departing employees are deactivated instantly.
Conditional Access Policies
Apply existing Azure AD conditional access policies to AhaSlides—enforce MFA, device compliance, and location-based restrictions without additional configuration.
Group-Based Licensing
Assign AhaSlides licenses and roles based on Azure AD security groups, making it easy to manage access for large distributed teams.
