How it works

The AhaSlides Microsoft Outlook Calendar integration lets you schedule sessions and send calendar invites through Outlook, with the AhaSlides join link automatically included in each event. Ideal for enterprise teams who live in Microsoft 365.

1. Connect your Microsoft account in AhaSlides under Settings, then Integrations.

2. When scheduling a session, choose to send an Outlook calendar invite.

3. AhaSlides creates the Outlook event with the session link embedded.

4. Invitees receive the event in their Outlook calendar and can accept or decline as usual.

How to install

1. In AhaSlides, go to Settings → Integrations → Microsoft Outlook Calendar.

2. Click Connect and sign in with your Microsoft account.

3. Authorize AhaSlides to create calendar events on your behalf.

4. The integration is active—use the Outlook Calendar option when scheduling any AhaSlides session.
