How it works

The AhaSlides Google Calendar integration lets you schedule interactive sessions and automatically send participants a calendar invite that includes the AhaSlides join link. No more manually copying links into event descriptions.

1. Connect your Google account in AhaSlides under Settings, then Integrations.

2. When creating a session, select a date and time and choose to send a calendar invite.

3. AhaSlides creates the Google Calendar event and includes the session link automatically.

4. Invitees receive the calendar event with everything they need to join on the day.
