AhaSlides supports SCIM 2.0 (System for Cross-domain Identity Management) to automate user provisioning and deprovisioning. When connected to your identity provider, AhaSlides user accounts are created, updated, and removed automatically based on your IdP’s directory changes.
1. Your IT admin enables SCIM in AhaSlides admin settings and generates a SCIM token.
2. The SCIM endpoint URL and token are entered into your identity provider (Okta, Azure AD, etc.).
3. The IdP syncs users and groups to AhaSlides based on your provisioning rules.
4. Users are automatically created in AhaSlides when added to the assigned group and deactivated when removed.

New employees added to the relevant IdP group are automatically provisioned in AhaSlides—no manual admin work or delayed access.
Automated Deprovisioning
When a user leaves your organization or is removed from the AhaSlides group in your IdP, their account is immediately deactivated in AhaSlides—eliminating stale access risks.
Group Sync
Sync IdP groups to AhaSlides teams or roles. Changes to group membership in your IdP automatically update user assignments in AhaSlides.
